  • Michelle Pernini, LCSW

    Michelle holds a master’s degree in social work from Boston College with a concentration in clinical mental health. For 9 years, she has worked in hospitals, community health centers, and nonprofits providing counseling and support services, community education, and professional training. Her work has centered on helping women heal from and overcome the effects of partner abuse, trauma, and loss. Michelle speaks English and Spanish and has worked with immigrant, LGBTQ+, elderly, youth, and adult populations.

    Michelle’s passion lies in helping people envision what it means for them to live fully and freely and accompanying them on their path forward. She values our human capacity to change, heal, and thrive, and aims to support clients toward safety, self-acceptance, and hope. Michelle sees the uniqueness of each person and honors their individual experiences and perspectives. As a certified, trauma-informed yoga instructor, she incorporates mind-body connection and healing into her work. Her calm yet vibrant energy creates a comforting space for reflection and growth.
